Now That's A Terrier

While Terrier Nation erupted after Wofford clinched their third NCAA Tourney bid with a 56-53 disposal of Western Carolina, Senior Aerris Smith shared an emotional interview with the Wofford/IMG Sports Network at the conclusion of his final game as a Terrier.

"Aerris Smith is my idol and a Wofford legend. Some people won't give up a shot for a teammate. Aerris gave up his whole leg for his team." -Wofford Assistant Coach Tim Johnson via Twitter

Because of the condition of Smith's knees, the decision was made for Aerris not to play in the NCAA Tournament.  Every year he hit the court, he gave his all and would obviously do anything for his team.

Now that's a Terrier.
